This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience during times of loss by supporting homeowners on-site and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the restoration process.

This position is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. You will be the face of our company—building trust, providing updates, and helping guide customers through the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners on-site to provide updates and support throughout the job
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication
- Set expectations and clearly explain the restoration process
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the project
- Document job progress, notes, and communication in RMS
- Take photos and assist with job file documentation as needed
- Coordinate with project managers, mitigation teams, and office staff
- Address customer concerns and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling to job sites daily
- Ability to build rapport and show empathy in difficult situations
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Basic computer skills (experience with CRM systems a plus)
- Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
