What does a Desk Estimator (DE) with Paul Davis do?
Restoration Desk Estimators work with team Sales Associates, Project Managers, and Third-Party Administrators after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to accurately scope project clean-up and repairs to residential and commercial property.
DE Also:
· Serve your community when it needs it the most
· Communicate with Sales Associates and Project Managers scope and expectations for rebuild
· Complies With Third-Party Administrator’s estimate requirements
· Learn new things daily about scoping and signing construction projects

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with variety of current technology
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills Desired of Team Member:
- Self-motivated to get results
- Previous estimating experience (ex. Xactimate) preferred
- Enjoys estimating software
- Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Is succinct and professional with written communication
- Enjoys working hard and putting together agreements
Role on the Team (Job Functions):
- Meet operational objectives
- Track metrics during monthly GS&R
- Works and collaborates with Estimators and Project Managers
- Profitably scope estimates
- Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements
- Ensure estimate service level agreements are hit

- Our current DEs yearly pay range from $35,000 to $45,000 depending on experience
